My previous Lyme doctor prescribed this.  I filled the prescription, but moved and the new doctor has me on a different routine.  If you look this stuff up, it seems like it should be everything and anything a person with an infection would need.

Has anyone tried this stuff??

As you know I have done the injections for many months. I forget Chris, was your prescription for oral ,injection or IV? And are you low in IgG because if not, I dont see how it would be effective as it raises your level of IgG and that is how it  fights infection. There IS risk of contamination as the shots and IV are made from donated blood. The pills are different. D

There's a pill version? What are pills made from, if not donated IgG?
My doctor wants me to try IvIg too, says he's seen good results with it. My problem though isn't that my IgG is low (it is normal), it is that my lymphocytes and white blood cells are too low.

Thanks for your insight,

My current doctor (Dr. Jenefer Huntoon in Seatle) told me that improving my ability to digest protein, and consuming adequate protein, would help me to build my own gamma globulin levels. This seems to be the case because my gamma globulin was low when I first went to see her and my levels are now normal. She put me on plant enzymes to digest food and both plant and pancreatic enzymes away from meals to strengthen my immune system. My Lymes symptoms are greatly improved as a result of her program.
