Spine pops when I breath or move sometimes.

It used to be sort of just a normal pop. Now it feels kind of dry.

It doesn't hurt thank God. But it's annoying and concerning.

Am I okay?

poping joints can be a sign of joint inflammation. Make sure you are getting enough fluids to help with detoxing...
Chronic Lyme Disease, Gluten & Sulfite Sensitivity, Many Food/Inhalant/Medication Allergies & Intolerances, Asthma, Gut issues (dysmotility, non-specific inflammation), UCTD ("Secondary Lupus-Like Syndrome"), Osteoporosis, Anemia, Lymphopenia, intermittant Pancytopenia, chronic malabsorption/malnutrition, etc.; G Tube; Currently TPN-dependent.
Meds:  Zofran, Pulmicort, Heparin (to flush PICC line), IV Oxacillin (for G-tube site infection).
