I hear about it all the time.

What are the best methods?

Thanks.

Others may add but I thought I'd point out Deejavu posted a nice piece in the newbie thread up top on the second page.

Along with your detox program, I'd suggest reducing your exposure to toxic chemicals. It's easier than you might think if you are buying your cleaning products at your local grocery store. Chances are there is more than one toxic chemical in each product. You are exposed to these chemicals even when the containers are closed. Ever noticed how the cleaning products aisle smells different than the rest of the store?

Check the waqrning labels on the packages. They can be scary.

Just replacing these products with nontoxics can greatly reduce your body burden. And that's so easy.

Sauna, and more sauna. The best way to detox whatever you need to detox, being Lyme toxins or chemical etc. Safe and effective. Did wonders for me... D
