Monday morning I woke up feeling like my NORMAL self. Energetic, happy... just normal. Took advantage of it and did some shopping etc,  and never ran out of energy in 4 hours. Next day I felt like I had been hit by a train. LOL Do any of you have days when for some strange reason you feel completely normal like you did before Lyme? Its wild really, but these days are few and far between. I swear everytime it happens I think I am ""cured."  It never lasts more than a day, but its very strange. Anyone experience this and do you know why it happens?? D

I haven't had the pleasure of a "mirical day" yet. But i'm hoping for one real soon! Consider yourself blessed to at least have some good days.

I've had miracle times recently. Felt like I haven't felt in years. Don't know why, but would like to think it's because I'm getting better.

I had SEVERAL in a row.

Talk about getting your hopes up.

And you know what else, I started to feel like being sick was all just a bad dream...

Feeling well is deceptive, until it all returned after eating a whole cake by myself. And then I knew that feeling well was the dream and being sick is the reality.

The last two weeks have all been miracle days and while I realize that I am not completely better yet, I have been able to let go of the fear. I really believe that because I feel better I can move forward with a very positive outlook and not allow this thing to consume me. Once I was able to get better without the herxing, I knew that the rest would be easy. No more pain for me and only good things. My wish is that others can feel what I am feeling.

I was diagnosed with Lyme and all the co infections in Nov. 2008. I never took abx but was on Art. for a month that made me worse. I then started a totally alternative protocol and have found it to be the answer for me.

There is hope out there!

Yeah, that happens sometimes. Not very often, but it's sooo nice when it happens. Then I usually overdo it and feel it the next day. It's so hard not to go do things when you feel well, though!

OH WOW!!!!

I was going to post a thread on this but decided not too because I thought I was the only one!! SAME THING!! I actually had a few in the past few years. I remember the last one I woke up at 8 am and a sprung out of bed (much like I sprung up to respond to this message) and I was out of my house and went for a walk (it was summer) It was amazing to hear all the am noises and smells that you forget about!! It lasted for 2 days and then came back overnight.

I would give anything for another miracle day or set of days!! It just amazed me that all that damage can be suddenly repaired. I really think we are onto something. If we can figure out why the miracle days happen we can probably get more of them! A miracle day is NOT just a day where you feel really good.. its a day you wake up and suddenly your lyme symptoms are 100% gone and you feel 100% normal for no reason!!

Dear Raw Vegan,

Is protocol just that -- raw vegetables?

Curious to know what works.

Hoping for a cure
