I do them daily, faithfully. The idea is to start with water as warm as you can stand and to stay in until the water cools down. I was told that if you get out too soon, the toxins can remain in the tissue. As the water cools down, it DRAWS the toxins out and that is why it is better to give it some time. Of course, like Ticker said, if something is bothering you, get out. I just wanted to say, be patient and yes, put your head as far under the water as you can. First few salt baths may give you a headache, but you will know then that it is working. VERY IMPORTANT, take a shower after the bath, to rinse the toxins off of you. D
