Good or bad?

I am four or five months in to treatment...doxy and biaxin.

I have complained a lot about my neck popping all the time.

Well, it kind of for the most part STOPPED.

But while that has gone away, my mental confusion and dizziness etc., has reached a new height. This is new.

Lyme is apparently in a new phase or is this toxic release?

Just value anyone's opinions.

I feel the worst ever since I got sick in terms of confusion.

My opinion:

The biggest part of your die off should have already occurred. The fact you've been on this combo for 5 months and your head issues are getting worse I feel means you are missing something. I have had the same thing happen to me and I let it keep going thinking it was die off. Til I finally got soooo bad I realized it was NOT die off. By that time I was soooo bad off I had to do IV. I think it would be interesting if you added plaquinel or bactrim. Have you talked to your doc?
