Would you retrea IGM band 41, IGG band 18,41, this is through Stony Brook and its an indeterminate accoring to them, I did test positive through Stony Brook  and Immugen when I was first diagnosed.
I am feeling pretty good, some knee pain and a bit low on energy but not too bad, I treated for approx 1 1/2 years with orals and IV rocephin 3 months, I was fine till approx 1/2 year ago I had a hyper thyorid that caused Shortness of Breath, arrithmia, palps and hypertension, but I am 95 percent better, didnt speak to my LLMD only got blood work and would like to hear your opinions

What is the difference between IGG and IGM?

I understand that some doctors take one and not the other.

In my simple (translated) words and due to what I know, here is my explanation: IGm indicates an early stage of infeciton (appears first) and goes down slowly when the body fought the infection successfully ; IGg rises later and can remain positive for month or even years and is therefore supposed to indicated an older infection (could be already healed but not necessarily) or a later stage of it.
This is the "theoretical version" .

I would want to be retreated with at least 4-6 weeks of oral abx.... I have relapsed once and am just starting to pull out of it.... which means this is the 2nd time I have been "recovering" from LD. Right now, my biggest fear is relapsing again.... I'd want the abxs.
