I had written about this previously but now I'm at a loss for what to do...
I went to Dr R in ny a few weeks ago.. Due to muscle testing, he switched me off mepron and put me on malarone.. he said the main thing i was struggling w/now was bartonella...
For about a week now, I have been experiencing painful headaches at the base of my skull.. I'm just confused as to if these are actually a bartonella herx or the babesia creeping back.. I thought maybe the rifampin I have been taking for bartonella can now be more effective since it is not being used in combination with the stronger mepron.. I should also note that as of a few days ago, I developed a pimple like rash on my forehead.. die off, maybe?
I also am unsure, however if maybe these headaches at the base of my skull are because I'm not on mepron anymore and the malarone isn't strong enough. I read on various sites that these headaches are babesia related...
I have the mepron on hand and can switch off malarone if need be, but I dont want to halt bartonella progress if thats whats happening
Any insight would be greatly appreciated :)
This is good for a giggle, I thought you were talking about
Marinol instead of Malarone - oooops!
