Namenda is reported by some LLMD's to be successful in treating the symptoms of brain fog. Does nothing to resolve the underlying causes, but does block glutamic acid uptake in the neurons which may have developed an oversensitivity to it due to the Lyme. Glutamic acid is an important amino acid but Lymies may be overly sensitive to it.

EDIT: also, Gingko Biloba is reputed to be very good at treating brain fog.

Absolutely, brain fog is generally from being toxic and the toxins are reaching the brain via the blood stream. Sweating out the toxins helps the entire body, brain included.  D

When I started treatment for bartonella, my mind seemed to clear up and I felt more in touch with myself and the rest of the world. It is not all better but improved. I am taking Levaquin - keeps me awake but I can think better and it has only been two weeks.
