Mine has been this way -- off and on -- since I contracted Lyme.

I wake up to it.

Advice? weight loss?

hopingToFindCure, I believe both Lyme and Bartonella can cause this.  It should get better with treatment, but it can take time.

I had pain in the bottom's of my feet too. Off and on, sometimes stabbing.
My doc started me on Cipro for bartonella and it's been much better.

I've had this for a long time. Cipro helps mine too. Exercise also may help reduce sensitivity of the feet, but make sure you have appropriate footwear and don't over-do. Take care,

Mine went away after going on Rifampin. I was on this for about 4 months - pain subsided after probably about 6 weeks. I did not test positive for Bartonella but assume I did have it (hopefully that is past tense).

It sounds like bartonella - sore feet in the morning. Check your morning temperature to see if it is slightly elevated. With lyme it is always below normal.

Interesting you guys. You've given me a lot of food for thought.

I should check the morning temp.

Low morning temp could signify thyroid issues. Have free t3 and free t 4 checked along with full panel
