"Thankyou verymuch for all your replies, very kind "
The things that help my cramps most are :
1.valium
2.salt
3.magnesium tablets
4.fruit.............................only valium always works
I am looking for other things to try as nothing besides valium which is addictive really works???My underlying problem is a lower limbs peripheral chronic nerve pain condition for 5 years, and has left me unable to walk. The cramps are a new secondary problem I have had for a year. The cramos are always worse a day or two after I use lots of muscles. They occur anywhere in my body.
....................any suggestions would be most appreciated.................Thanks

You might try a homeopathic remedy called Cuprum Met. It is specifically helpful with cramping muscles, and I've found it very helpful myself. There is no potential for addiction to this homeopathic remedy, and you should be able to find it in a health food store or online (I like getting remedies from www.abchomeopathy.com )
