Hey Guys!

I went to see an OMD in Ocean City, MD on Saturday (special thanks to Gracie's Mom for the recommendation!). It was a lot of travel for one day, but hopefully I'll start seeing more results.

This is what she recommended for me

- Continue on Zhang's Herbs (and eventually wean off, although I don't understand this)

- New Chapter One a Day for Women

- Cell Food

- Garden of Life Probiotics

- Theramedix SGI and CDX

- Apex Energetics OxyCell and AdrenaCalm

I'm still waiting to get some of these in the mail, so I can't say exactly how well they work yet, but she thinks my symptoms have a lot to do with yeast. I asked if she thinks the Lyme is gone and she said it could be. I just find it so hard to believe that yeast can cause so many symptoms mimicking Lyme and Babesia.

But, for now, I'm staying on Zhangs herbs until we can differentiate what is working versus what isn't.

I hope everyone is doing well!

Hi Razzle - What kind of symptoms did you have when it messed up your hormones? I have sensitivities to a lot of things, but hopefully this one will be ok.

Hi Gracie's Mom - Thank you so much! You're the best for recommending her!
