There are many on here who know blood tests well. So I was wondering if any of you know if there is a blood tests that shows systemic fungal infection? I googled it but couldn't find my answer.

I know there is a blood test for candida. They can also do a stool culture and if it is systemic it will show up in your stool. D

There really is no proper testing for systemic candida. You can try a spit test, but really the the diagnosis is clinic.
Most, if not all dr's do not recognize candida.
Best bet is to see an ND (Medical Natural Doctor)

Actually I was more interested in other fungal infections than candidia. I was reading that those with aids and compromised immune systems can get fungal infections in bones, spinal cord, joints, etc. I think those with lyme and co-inf. can fit in this immune category and was interested in how this was tested for.
