Thought I would also share something I learned that the D ribose. I am taking D Ribose, by Corvalen (only 1/2 scoop with breakfast and dinner) with Co Q (200 mg capsules, a good inexpensive source is Swanson online- I have used expensive forms and find that this brand achieves just as good a level) 800 mg/day .......so far feel great-- my LLMD suggested using an evening dose as sometimes improving mitochondrial ATP (which is what D ribose does) can help with sleep. I am for now just doing morning doses to see if that is enough and to make sure that doesn't affect my sleep and then will add in the evening dose- will report later on this later.....By the way you can not use CoQ10 with Mepron, it interferes with Mepron function)

How much is in a scoop? I've read that you need to take 5 mg 3 times a day for a total of 15 mgs/day.

I am taking the D-ribose also. One scoop has 5mg. I am taking one in the morning and one scoop in the afternoon. I have sleep problems anyway so I won't take the dinner one just in case.
