My EIA came back negative today and so they didn't run Western blot.  I am so exhausted trying to figure out where to go from here.  How do you get blood for Igenex??? HELP SOMEONE.

I was told that EIA (Enzyme Immuno Assay ) and ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbant Assay) both work the same way; only difference is that in the ELISA the panels used allow photometric evaluation of the result under a light microscope.

I think you could get the testkid form Igenex directly (you may google them) and go to your doc for blood collection.

Good luck and greetings! dorit

Thanks so much. Made an apt with a lyme literate doctor for next week who uses Igenex. I figured better safe than sorry. Thanks a lot for responding.
