I had been on ABX for 2 years, modified Cowdens for 1 1/2 years, and now on Bactrum and Artiminisin (2 pills 2X a day). I feel MUCH better. The only significant symptom remaining is Air Hunger which I hope the Bactrum and Art will address. 

Does anyone know of a medicine or protocol that will knock it out?

Hi Ziggy.  I am glad you are doing better!

For me this symptoms was from Babesiosis.  It only went away when it was adequately treated.  I am not sure if Artemisinin alone can eradicate it.  Are you positive for it?

Yes I am positive for it via Igenex and my lld is sure that is what it is. What was the antibiotic that killed it? As you can see, I am not a newbie, nor am I affraid to try new things.

Hi Isziggy.  Babesiosis is simliar to malaria and needs to be treated with a combination of an antibiotic with an anti-malarial.  Typically the anti-malarial is either Mepron (liquid) or Malarone (pill).  I believe that Mepron is stronger. 

When Mepron is presribed, it is my understanding it needs to be taken with either Zithromax, Biaxin, or Ketek to work effectively.  Some doctors also prescribe Artemisinin along with this protocol.

Yes Ticker is correct. Mepron with zithro or another antibiotic is the treatment for babesia. I was on that combination for 2 years before babs left me. The breathlessness and air hunger was the last to go. When I tried to stop treatment after one year, I didn't listen to Ticker and sure enough the symptoms came back really quickly. It was very difficult to get rid of and I hope it is gone. Blessings
