Weird feeling like I am vibrating. Nothing visible though.
My friend put her hands on me and could not detect a thing.

Thought it might be the abx I was on but I changed everything lately and it is still happening.
The worst is when I wake up in the morning and I feel as though the bed is moving too.

Yeah, I'm not kidding -- I know it sounds strange...

I get a wierd feeling like that on my left side kind of under my ribs. I also get a vibrating type of feeling in my ears, and right above them. Not sure what it is but its wierd.

This is exactly how I feel, vibrating from my chest down and my back too, I felt it first when I had a hyperactive thyroid but went away and now the feeling is back, sometimes I wonder if its a very strong pulse, but my pulse and pressure are normal, when its very bothersome I take 3 advils, the vibration sometimes wakes me in middle of sleeping

Before treatment, I used to get the vibrating feeling all of the time. And when I was in a car it was almost unbearable. The feeling under the left rib is also one I had and still get. From what I have read these are common symptoms.

I would get this symptom sometimes.  It wasn't a strong sensation, but like a "buzzing" all over.  It would stop for a split second here and there and that's when I would really notice it.  Apparently my LLMD had heard this complaint before.  When I mentioned it, he said he thought it was related to adrenals.

Mine have been similiar to Lexilex's.  They usually don't last long.  Mine are mainly on sides of right arm and on legs.  Once I thought my cellphone was on vibrate and reached down to pick it up and there was nothing there. That really was weird as it was the strongest and longest.  I have heard this before from people too.

I experienced the vibrating when I first started treatment with Mepron, Zithro and Mino. I felt it in my head and upper stomach. When I stopped the Mino and added IV Rocephin it sort of stopped and I only ocassionally feel it in my head but not as bad. I'm wondering if this was just a herx. Never experienced it before treatment. We certainly deal with some strange symptoms. lol

Hi,

I've had the vibrating feeling in my head, in my trunk area (lower back) and down my legs since I started treatment. It has not gone away. I've got a buzzing/tingling feeling thing that goes along with it. I actually did have this as an early symptom down my left leg. It seemed to go away (or maybe I didn't notice it as much). Then after I started the stronger abx, it seems to be more prevalent than ever. I wonder if it will ever go away. I think the comment that it may be related to the adrenals is interesting - I'm sure mine are shot at this point.

Hi, I'm new to these boards and was just clinically diagnosed with Lyme Disease. I was previously on 1500mg of amoxicillian for a bladder infection and wound herxing really bad. I had worsening of symptoms, old symptoms that came back and new ones. One of the new symptoms was a vibrating feeling in my legs and my bottom lip. It is a very weird feeling. I've also started vibrating and thought it was my phone. Really weird! It seems common with Lyme patients though.
