Hi CajunGrl. If you have never done a detox bath, I suggest trying it for 5-10 minutes instead of 20 to see how it affects you. Depending on where you are in treatment, they may make you feel worse. If you tolerate it well, then go up to twenty minutes. I would think a few times a week would be good in the beginning as long as they don't make you worse.
Make sure you rinse off (cool water is good) after the bath and that you drink plenty of water.
