I suddenly have a lot more?

Thoughts on cause? I take 500 mgs magnesium.

I lay and different parts of my body also twitch. I think you are on to something with magnesium. When my eyelid used to twitch so much that I could barely see to drive, I bought Floradix magnesium (liquid in a bottle) and it worked like a charm.

Me too!
The twitching started before I began taking any meds and still continues.

I have a lot of twitching too. It seems to get worse when I take antibiotics, vitamin c or anything that calms me like pain pills. I hate it when my eyelid twitches. It is noticeable and it drives me nuts.

You talking about the body twitches when you go to bed?  I get one or two, they don't bother me....

Or are you talking about the eyelid twitches?  Man I had those, and it took 3 months of tetra and mino to get rid of.  God those sucked big time.

I get both the eyelid twitch (occasionally) a lip twitch and the full body twitch.

It has passed.

I had it Friday and to the best of my knowledge apart from extreme stress there was nothing I did to bring this on.

On Sat. however I swam a lot and so was too tired to move for the rest of the day. That evening my muscles were basically terribly fatigued and the twitching was awful. Interestingly, I wasn't all that sore!

Today not too bad on the twitching end of things. I'm getting used to it more.

I elminated magnesium so that may add to this. Had to cut it out due to GI issues.

It has always been my monthly reminder that I am still infected- twitches, spasms, chills. This month I do not have them - just one or two. I was being treated for bart which also causes twitches so maybe that is why.
