In case you do hot baths (or even hot footbaths) for thermotherapy to make body temp increase and detox and you do this regularly, make sure you do not destroy the skin`s hydrolipidic film / ph value! One easy way to do this is to add whey into the water.
The hydrolipidic film protects us from fungal overgrow / infections.
Make also sure that you give your skin some oil back after the baths. You can take natural oils like native sunflower oil (I have it in the kitchen; makes skin supersoft after the baths - the typical smell disappears within about 10 minutes), native avocado oil, native almond oil and there are many others; make sure your skin is still bit wet when using the oil which will get well absorbed then.

Happy bathing time!! dorit

Thanks. I had been doing hot tub, followed by sauna until my plantar fascitis put an end to it for the time being.

I had no idea swimming could cause foot pain.

I belive thermotherapy really helps!
