Decided to go the alternate route a bit and got a Rife machine. I am happy to say I used it a couple of days ago and am having a herx from it. Guess the thing actually works! Time will tell. Also have an appointment with Dr. Zhang today in NYC. Gotta kills these suckers in me somehow!

That's really great that you're herxing from it. What other types of supplements are you taking? I stopped all my abx last week and thought I was doing better, but I started getting a lot of my older symptoms back. I saw Dr. F on Monday and we decided that I still need the abx for a while. I'm doing a lot of supplements and diet changes too, but she wants to try to get me back on IV rocephin also. Keep us updated on the rife machine and good luck with your appointment today.

I got the Altelier Robin 165 from I wanted something that would be small and compact and easy to use so my daughter would actually use it. Some seem so complicated. You have to put in each and every frequency every time. With this one, you can program a bunch of frequencies and their duration, save it as any given number, and then run it just by selecting which program you want to use. I live in Northern NJ and if anyone in the area would like to try it out, PLEASE feel free to do so. The Lyme program Pacific Health pre-programmed for me takes over an hour to run. And there are many programs you can run for Lyme as well as the various co infections. It was hard deciding to invest that much money in a machine I did not know if it would work. Still don't know what the long term results would be. But I am at the try everything stage. My parents helped pay for it for us. Here is a link to the possible treatments you can program in: and this is a list of the different frequencies and what they hit, so to speak:
The machine has 3 options for how you zap yourself. You can hold the stainless steel tubes. You can use the footpads. Or you can use TENS pads. Or any combination --one hand and one foot--whatever! Again--anyone who wants to try it out is really more than welcome to.

Please keep us updated.  Myself and my children all have lyme.  I've looked a bit at the rife machines.

Would love to hear how it continues to work for you.

How bad was your herx?  Was it a new symptom or did ones you have get worse?

My herxes have always been fairly mild, and it was pretty typical. Felt it most strongly in my knees. There are so many choices of programs you can run. And the machine is small, light and highly portable and you can use it 3 different ways--TENS pads, foot plates, or the handholds. I keep switching it up to drive the current through different paths in my body.

Please keep us informed about it's effectiveness, good or bad. I hope it works for you.
