Hey Hezzer,

I've already told you this but to me, this all sounds like TMJ. You can actually grind your teeth and not know it. Of course, I'm not a doctor but it would be something to check into. For me, I had problems with tightness in my face, especially when chewing. Not in my temples but I don't see why it can't affect that area since that part moves when you chew. I even had ear problems. A dentist can tell if you are grinding or not.

Speaking of almonds, I need to get some. Eating eggs all the time is getting old. Blah!

Hezzer -
I had pretty bad TMJ from lyme, which went away with treatment. I used to get horrible pain in my jaw and then a raging headache if I ate something hard like pretzels or nuts. A dentist will probably tell you its TMJ and urge you to buy a really expensive nightguard (a hard plastic mouth guard that protects your teeth from grinding while you sleep). I did this, but I found that only treating the lyme made the TMJ better.
