Not sure this is from candida but maybe.. Sorry if gross...The past 2 weeks I've been having blood on the toilet paper after stools.. not in the stool.. not alot but spotting.. maybe hemorrhoids?

Does anyone hear take fiber supplements and if so, which?

Hezzer,

Is the blood dark or bright red? Sometimes hemorrhoids do cause this but there is usually itching and pain involved too. I get this alot and my issue is caused from a busted blood vessel because I am constipated alot. smhair

Hezzer,

It sounds like it could be hemorrhoids. Bright red blood is a good sign. It means it's fresh and it just happened....like ruptured, etc. Get some tucks pads or the cream. It will help. If it is too far inside and keeps bleeding, you may have to go to the doctor.

As for the busted blood vessel....there is nothing that can be done besides taking something to make the stool soft. It heals on it's own.

You may still want to take something natural to make the stool soft until you get through this. It will surely help with the pain. I've had terrible hemorrhoids before.
