Vitamin B6 deficiency causes us to not remember our dreams...
I hear you on the sleep troubles...if I go to bed before midnight, I wake up too early to get up for the day. But if I wait until after midnight to go to sleep, I generally cannot fall asleep until after 3 or 4 am (sometimes later), and then wind up sleeping until mid-afternoon. It is so crazy.
Yes, I have had times when I wake up every hour to hour and a half, for no obvious reason. It is so frustrating, isn't it?
