We have a member who has used it with good results.  (I accidently delete their post, so I wanted to make sure they got heard.  Please forgive me if I forgot anything.)

But they feel a bit out of it for two days after taking it?
Anyone else having that issue?
Anyone else using Marinol/Casamet?  (let's make sure we use clinical language here, it is key)

I would like to learn more about what people experience with these two medications.

1)Marinol

2)Nabilone [Cesamet]

Since they are 2 totally different medications it would be wonderful to hear about both.

Im especially interested in hearing about the anti-inflammation and nausea.
Since this will be used for 6-12 months what are the long-term side effects?
