? for those of you using Grapefruit Seed Extract

For those of you that have tried Grapefruit Seed Extract, what dose and how often did you take it? Also, what did you think of it? Any neg side effects? I am on Buhner's core protocol currently and will add this soon.

I started with only a couple of drops and worked my way up to about 20. Found a lot easier to take in capsules (I buy them in bulk) with a large glass of water.

You may need to be careful at first since it can cause intense Herxs

How long did you stay on it, and when you say you buy in bulk do you mean that you make your own capsules? How many mg did you take and how often?
