My mom has had lyme now for 15 years. Been mis-diagnosed for 14 and recently was 100% certain she has lyme Disease and a co-infection (some name I can't spell). She recently found a doctor in Mobile and has her on anti-biotics. She is fighting the Herxheimer Reaction and is not doing well. I have read alot on the Sauna Treatment. Has anyone here had great success with it? And what is the best one to buy?

Thanks

People say infrared is best.

I just go the gym and sit in there for as long as i can take it but not to exceed 20 minutes.

It really, really helps. It also helps (in theory) absorb the abx she needs to begin her journey towards wellness. Improvements should come but it takes longer when you have had it longer.

Godspeed healing to your mama!

Protruck,

I was told that you can buy the portable ones off of eBay. I haven't looked yet but they say you can get one for around $200.00 or less. A detox bath would help her alot too. I was having really bad neurological herxes and it helped me.

I hope she feels better soon.
