Just recently my body stopped liking alot of foods. I had a pretty bad diet alot of sugar, carbs, and fat. about a month ago my taste buds changed for the better. Can't explain what happened but now I eat very healthy. I had lots of baby weight to loose so I am loving it.
I know I am not completely gluten free but pretty close. I think my stomach is happy.
All the LLMd I have seen told me I had to change my diet. I hope this healthy craving lasts. Because I usually love food way to much.
