I'm certain I have Bart and recently add Rifampin to mino& biaxin.  I read from Dr. B's guidelines one should always add plaq to biaxin or zithro.  Is plaq necessary...do the benefits outweigh the risks in anyone's opinion?

if I read dr b's guide lines correctly the plaquinil strips the bio film that protects the ketes and it also helps the abx stay in your system longer so yes it is necessary in my humble opinion.

im not a doctor but i've read this in several places now that biofilms protect the little buggers so its either do plaquinil or lumbrokinase.

I've done plaq twice now with no side affects had the eye doctor check for yellowing of the retina just 3 weeks ago and he saw no issues.

quote per the eye doctor that warning is for people who are on plaq long term, more than say 6 months. if your on a 30 day cycle you should have no major issues.
