How about starting slow with the detoxing.. keep it simple. That's what I did in the beginning. Take 1 detox bath if you have a tub and see how you feel, be sure do drink lots of lemon water as Ticker suggested as the baths can dehydrate a person. Then try another bath 1 or 2 days later, one has to slowly build up to them.
If you don't have a tub, those foot detox baths are really great and very relaxing. I love soaking my footsies in mustard and pepper, really spices me up.
You have nothing to lose except taking a bath!!
