i havnt felt this tired every moment in a long time. I seemed to have passed that stage of lyme for a few years now im on the doxy and its back. I have so many responsibilities I need energy. I take care of my 94 yr old grandmother ev day that can be so hard. And then I have a 21 month old, and cooking, and cleaning, and a stupid dog who belongs to someone else in my family who doesnt take care of him so I have to haha. actually that last part is really not funny...
So I need my energy.
The line is faded not showing where Lyme came in. I became a new Mommy n my Lyme decided to show itself. Swollen elephant like knee and finger and limiting back pain. Bell's palsey, weight loss as if I had no muscle on my bones anymore. And much more text book lyme symptoms. To a Lyme doc, after alot of there is nothing wrong with you and a recommend to counceling,he said V this is Lyme. What kept me pressing on I had Lyme while I was pregnant. I know I was not infected while pregnant. I am watching her with an eagle eye. God Bless everyone. Love Veronica. Were the ones who know about Lyme not the doctors. Isnt that just mad? Backwards. Alice in wonderland.

That is a big work load. I started taking thyroid medication which made a lot of difference. Jiaogulan is a Chinese herb that is used to boost energy when you are tired but it will also calm you when you feel jittery. Athletes who use it say it gives them energy without nerves. It is a very beneficial herb thought to promote longevity. It reduces cholesterol, regulates blood sugar, increases circulation to reduce inflammation and other things I can't remember. You can google it. The B vitamins boost your energy levels, which is why you should take it in the morning. Chia seed was used by Native Americans for long distance running. It is high protein and has the highest level of omega 3 fatty acids. It can be very energizing so be careful. When the seeds become wet they make a thick gel that can stick in your teeth. Hope you find something to help you feel better.
