For those of you that use niacin for the flush, what time of day do you use it, or alternatively, do you do it in conjunction with anything?
For example, in the morning I'm going to the park to walk 3 miles, in the evening I'm doing light dumbbell weightlifting. Do you avoid taking it close to when you do physical activity or, intentionally take it immediately before or after physical activity?
Separately, do you try and take it at the same time as any other food or supplement?
I do know one thing, I had bought 500mg tablets and the very first one I took had me flushed to the point of itching insanity for a full hour and then I spent at least another hour shivering uncontrollably...so, I'll be chopping them up to find a more appropriate starting dose- maybe 150mg.
