Name of test from labcorp or Quest?

Anyone know the name of the babs or bart test from labcorp or Quest? I was tested from Igenex, wanted to get a 2nd opinion (that insurance will pay for) from these labs. We can't find the name of the tests or codes!

I checked my magic bag for the Babs codes and I cannot seem to locate them...sorry

Thanks for the bart codes..I think babs is coded under something else.
