Blue light is commonly used in Light Therapy. It "cools" inflammation, infection. This has been shown to be helpful with lyme disease. The near red infrared is also used in Light Therapy. You can also use blue, red and infra red to address the core issues of many imbalances in the body. The most common at the core of imbalances is inflammation of some kind. With a tool that offers balance to the body, using Light and a selection of frequencies, you offer an opportunity to the body to naturally reset to this more harmonious balance. I have a system that I use for my overall health and as a practitioner, use on clients addressing many areas of health and wellness. I am no expert by any means. I do have a year and a half of experience of using it daily. The system I use has different size neoprene pads, wired with superluminous LED's that are placed directly on the skin, anywhere on the body. Through a console, the Nogier frequencies, Solfeggio, Schumann Wave and Sine frequencies are offered to the body. Certain models also contain the possibility to manually set to any of the Rife frequencies. I invite you to look into light therapy as an option that may support you! If you would like other information from me, I will be glad to share anything I know of.
