Improvements with Turmeric

This mild herb has been widely touted as an anti-inflammatory.

I've been on it for a couple weeks and while it did not really help tooth pain, for whatever reasons, it did greatly improve my energy.

Still looking for answers for the other symptoms. I may need to toss in some Mag though.

Give it a try guys if you're game. The pill is huge but has yet to upset my stomach.

Any health food store. It' s very popular right now. Got mine at Whole Foods though, so if you have one of those in town, you could check there. It's a big yellow horse pill. No stomach upset at all and I am attributing it to my increased energy level -- I should taper off it and see for sure I guess. I also sleep a little better.

I will have to look into it. We have a whole foods. thanks. Do you think it is the pill that is making you sleep better? I could use something for that

To tell you the truth, it is the moderate exercise I get followed by sauna and hot tub. I'm home by 8 pm from the gym, in bed by 11 pm, and I sleep very soundly until 5 ish. This is a great improvement for me -- I used to toss and turn.

I do between a half an hour to 45 minutes of stationary biking/ treadmill and the best thing that wears me out , elliptical.

Stopped caffeine after 10 am too.

Turmeric may be helping but it's the exercise as I noticed last week when I didn't do my routine, I tossed and turned.

I was able to do a half hour of exercise today for the first time. I toss and turn all night. I never get more than 5 hours a night. Normal for me is about 4

Try a hot bath or better hot tub if you can. That can settle one down for good night of sleep.

Keep up the exercise to the extent you can.

I do it in spite of plantar fasciitiis and morton's neuroma. I hate for my feet to hit the floor in the morning, but eventually, it's okay. the pain subsides soon after I start down the steps.
