Hi,

I found a great tool on line. Maybe some of you use it too.

lymelog.com

You customize it to reflect your symptoms, meds, pain levels, etc.

Then, you go in daily (best at end of day) and mark the boxes that apply to that day. You have the ability to note herx days, grade your day,

make comments, etc.

After enough entries, there will be charts and graphs that you will be able to view to see if there are any trends.

This can also be printed out so you can take the data to your doctor for a quick and easy reference on how you've been doing.

I think it is a great tool...and...FREE!

Just wanted to share this with you.

Peace to all!

LadyWLyme,

Oh cool. Thanks! I could definitely use that site. I'm saving it to favorites.

Btw, how have you been doing lately?

I use this too. It's so convenient, and it makes everything faster.

Hi CG,

I herxed bad the last 3 days. Better today! I actually called my doc yesterday because I felt like I was dying! i was also concerned that this was my my 2nd herx in less than 30 days. He said that is not uncommon and it is good!

I also woke up yesterday with small, red, painful blisters on my left hand, fingers and arm. Clusters. Feels like having cold sores on my hand.

Weird!

His answer to that was that it could be toxins being released through my skin. Too weird!

Thanks for asking!

How's your swelling doing?

LadyWLyme,

Toxins were the first thing I thought of too when you mentioned the blisters. I'm glad you asked your doctor about it. Maybe you should take pictures of it too so you'll have it saved in case he would need to see it.

I'm sorry about the bad herx. I know how bad it can make you feel. I'm so glad you're feeling better now though.

The swelling is better. It comes and goes. My fingers hurt before the swelling so the pain was nothing new, lol.

CG,

I saw your pics....WOW! Does ice help? I have been icing down my knee as it is swelling more often now. Helps a little. Only have pain there when I walk.

I did take pics of my hand and arm. They really don't show it as bad as it is. My hand feels like it's burning today!

I'll just note these things on the lyme log. I wish they had a place to put in what you eat every day!

I'm still playing with the log to get all these new pains noted.

I'm glad the swelling is getting better for you. Could you possibly be getting lyme arthritis in your hands?

Best of luck to you! Hope you're having a good day!
