I found a great tool on line. Maybe some of you use it too.
You customize it to reflect your symptoms, meds, pain levels, etc.
Then, you go in daily (best at end of day) and mark the boxes that apply to that day. You have the ability to note herx days, grade your day,
make comments, etc.
After enough entries, there will be charts and graphs that you will be able to view to see if there are any trends.
This can also be printed out so you can take the data to your doctor for a quick and easy reference on how you've been doing.
