Is anyone here on the supplement Quercetin? (the brand name I have is Quercetone). I've lost my info sheet on the dosage I'm supposed to take. I have enough bottles to do 2x a day, but I thought it was more than that... I can phone my LLMD on Tuesday, but I thought I'd check and see if anyone here uses it.

For those who are interested:
It is supposed to help with herxing- as far as I remember, it is a kinase inhibitor. Your body produces cytokines in response to the die-off, and the cytokines result in the increase in pain. "kinase inhibitor" just means that the quercitin interferes with the action of the cytokines. (that was just from the notes I got from my Dr, so it might not be exact, but it's pretty close)

P.S. Apparently, you should be able to get it from most naturopaths, although it would be used for a different function usually

Hmm. I don't know what type I have, but my LLMD works with a naturopath, so I think it would be the good stuff.

So maybe I only was given enough for one month... On that note, is it hard to find shops that sell it? I won't be back at my dr for 3 months. Should I go to a naturopath, or just any health food/herb stores?

Thanks so much!
