I use homeopathy to manage some symptoms and to strengthen my immune system. I've tried the Ledum and it didn't work for me - I suspect I either need a different potency and/or different remedy for my case. Homeopathy needs to be customized to the individual for best results. Ledum antidotes the venom and treats the puncture wound from insect bites, which is why it is recommended for Lyme. I think it works best with relatively new infections...longer-standing infections probably require additional remedies or stronger potencies that are only available from homeopathic pharmacies.
