Lately,  in the past few days,  I'm having decreased feeling in my skin,  first noticed in my torso and knees.

I can move around just fine,  but when scrubbing in the shower or even the sensation of my clothing on me doesn't have the same sensation.

Today, just to test,  I pinched the skin on my arm as hard as I could and felt no pain--I'm not on any pain meds or any medication other than every couple days or so I take over the counter tylenol.  Havent been using any pain creams or gels either.

On the flip side,  my joints and muscles,  especially hands,  are sore/ sensitive like bruises and/or burning.

Does anyone else have or get this loss of sensation--its not like mumbness you have when something falls asleep,  literally its decreased sensation.

Thank you to anyone who responds.

I get numbness, not decreased sensation. You may want to tell your doctor about that.

I also get the soreness in my hands, joints and muscles. My muscles sometimes feel like they've been punched real hard and I would have a bad bruise there.
