I am of the belief that we all need reminders from time to time, so I wanted to re-post something that I just printed out -- again!! - I've lost the other copies I printed out!
The original post is in the "Newbies - check this out" thread -

So it was suggested that a website that I introduced a few people to be added to this so that hopefully all of the newbies, and of course any others, could have the benefit of it also. It's a website that I discovered thanks to another group of great people that still support me! If this is not appropriate or in the wrong place, I'll trust the Moderators or Administrator to take appropriate actions(thanks!)

The web site I was speaking of is: www.butyoudontlooksick.com

On the left side, scroll down until you see "the spoon theory" . 'Click' on that and read on my friends! I pray that it will help to explain to those that you want to understand how we have to approach each and every day.

Okay, so the hyperlink won't work, and since I have absolutely no clue as to what I may have done wrong, You'll have to type in the address youself. The address is correct. Sorry about that!!

May we all find peace soon, and may peace prevail on all of earth -

Hi traveler,

I've read this before, I needed the reminder. I think it can be good for us too, as well as our friends and family. This past week, I've been beating myself up because I've been so slow and unproductive after lunch. I never had the energy to cook supper, or do laundry. Well, I just realized it's because I've been using up all my spoons by lunch time. Instead of beating myself up after it, I guess I should try to cut down on the things I do.
