stuffy ears!!!

my ears need to pop!! this has been going on for 2 weeks...any idea? They are all stuffy, and will not pop open.. Everything is echo mode..

Aww man, I hate that! Did you try holding your nose and blowing? I'm assuming you probably tried that already. How about a decongestant?

I get this too. On and off, but much worse when I am herxing. Feels like when I talk I am underwater. I try to yawn a lot but doesn't work all that great. It is so annoying! Hope it goes away for you soon. I feel for you.

this could be related to your TMJ. That's just a thought.

I have it too these days. But I also have either a cold or allergies right now. . . I also have TMJ and my ears can feel "full"....
