Hi: I am so glad to have found this resource. Has anyone had experience treating Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia. I am in Charleston SC and have been sick and treated for about a year. I am trying to make sure that I am in the best care as I do not want to lose any more time. Thank you in advance for your help with this! I admire the courage and strength I see on this site! Amy

Hi Amy. I also have Lyme, Babesia, and Bartonella, but I am just beginning the journey to health so I haven't tried many things yet. My LLMD is treating the babesia first with azithromycin, mepron, and artemisinin. If things go well in four to six months I will move to bartonella treatments. I do not yet know what he has in mind for that. Then, when we get to the Lyme, he will do an intra cellular and extra cellular antibiotic reigmen.

Have you gotten rid of any of your coinfections yet?

Take care,

I have Lyme; it doesn't have me.
