Hi,
I've heard that a lot of people get B-12 shots that wake them up from the awful fatigue they are experiencing.  I have never had my LLMD offer that, but I see that other people from my support group go to the same doctor as I do and they are receiving these shots and feel better because of it!  Hmmmm....  Just wondering if anyone else knows much about them and if they help or not?

Kristina

I take B12 shots when I have fatigue. Three years ago when I first started LLMD treatment I gave myself B12 shots everyday.

I see Dr. E in New Jersey. She gives you the B12 at a very good price. If you have insurance they will probably pay for syringes.

I highly recommend the B12. Take the B12 tablets that melt under your tongue if you can't get the injectable kind.

Giving yourself an injection takes a little time to get used to.

I take the B12 injections daily. It really helps with my fatigue.
