I am in need of a LLMD in SC. I live in Lexington, SC which is close to Columbia, SC.

I was bitten by a tick last April and was given Doxy. In Sept. I started to have symptoms again shaking, twitching, neck pain, troubles speaking, heart palpitations and fatigue. I went to the ER and $5000 later they said there is nothing wrong with me. The symptoms went away but have come back again recently. I went to my local doctor who told me that I must have arthritis. I begged him to look into the Lyme Disease but he told me that I could not have Lyme because I had had Doxy. after being bitten. I don't want to wait till I am completely unable to function before I do something about this. If you know of a doctor in SC that could help I would be very grateful. I know there is a LLMD doctor in Ft. Mill, SC, but he does not take insurance. I can't afford a doctor that does not take insurance. Thank you for all your help.
