Hello, I am trying to find a good book about LYmes disease and Co-Infections. I have a 30% coupon for Borders so I want to use it.
My friend told me a good book to get was Insight Information Lymes Disease Treatment by Connie Strasheim  but you can only purchase it online. Not in Borders.
Any other suggestions?

Hey ria,

Everything you need to know about Lyme Disease and other Tick-Borne Disorders by Karen Vanderhoof Forschner 2nd addition is a great learning book.

Here is a link to Amazon that lists some books about Lyme Disease. I'm sure Borders carries some of them.

www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Books+about+Lyme+Disease&x=0&y=0

Hmmmm, the link is not bringing up all of the books. Go to Amazon.com and type "Books about Lyme Disease" in the search bar. It will bring a bunch of books up, then you can write them down and see if Borders carries them.

Another good book that tells a story of what a few people with Lyme Disease went through is called, "Cure Unknown."

Hi Ria,

I wanted to add my 2 cents worth - I am new to Lyme, just diagnosed in September. I've already read six Lyme books, and I'm working on a seventh now. They're all good in their own way, but I definitely agree that "Cure Unknown" would be a good one. It reads like a novel but there is a lot of great information in it.  Great book, easy to read, packed with information, fascinating stories.

I have Lyme; it doesn't have me.

Thank you both so much. I heard that the book "Cure Unknown" is depressing to read is that true?

I want to read books about people who recovered. I really can't deal with any more negative information regarding Lymes Disease.

"The Homeopathic Treatment of Lyme Disease" by Peter Alex has a list of case reports from patients treated with homepathic medicine, and all are positive outcomes. I got my copy on Amazon.com but you may be able to order on Borders' website and have it shipped to the local store to pick up, or they may be willing to order it for you.

"Healing Lyme: Healing And Prevention of Lyme Borreliosis And Its Coinfections" by Stephen Harrod Buhner also is encouraging. This book tells about an herbal protocol.
