Hi All,
My son just came down with the flu fever, headache, sore throat etc.  This morning I woke up with similar symptoms.  It started  2 days ago with what felt like allergies, severe runny nose and this morning I woke up with headache, migrating joint pain, fever, swollen glands (neck), muscles get weak just walking up the stairs, ear pain.  I am just on Cat's Claw and a lower dose of Resveratrol right now.  Don't know if this could be a herx, it kind of feels like it with the migrating joint pains and the  shooting pain in my head.  Do you think I could herx just from the little I am on?  I didn't get a flu shot.  Thanks, KO

Sounds like the flu to me too. I was just at my doctor (again!) because my sore throat and runny nose turned into fever, chest pain, coughing, etc. I have viral bronchitis. She said that with lyme/fibromyalgia, when I get sick with a viral infection, my joint and muscle pain is just way worse than most people. So, you are probably the same. It could be mimicking your lyme symptoms because it is making your pain even worse. I hope you feel better soon. Don't mess around with it though. With that h1n1 going around, go to the doctor if you don't get better right away. No sense in taking chances!
