I know just a week (two weeks?) ago I posted about how crappy I was feeling, but I've turned a corner this week! I don't have any overall improvement, but I no longer feel like death. And Holy Cow- it's amazing just to not be in pain 24/7! So for those of you who are struggling (especially those of you who have just started treatment), there's hope. I went from feeling worse and worse every day, and feeling worse than ever, to back to "normal" (Lyme normal) in about a day and a half.

But- I have a quick question. I've started having periods of this happy, but crazy happy bouncing off the walls, out of nowhere. Like- I've had my sister ask me if I'm high. And literally five minutes before, I was tired and grumpy. Is it still just mood swings?

Sounds like mood swings to me... Could also be changing blood sugar and/or brain chemistry from herxing or from side-effects of the antibiotics... Might be good to take a good B-Complex supplement to support healthy brain chemistry, and Chromium and Alpha Lipoic Acid are good for blood sugar management...

Glad you are on the upswing :) take care,

I'm so glad you are improving. That's fantastic news!! As for the mood swings, personally right now I wish I had mood swings that resulted in bouts of extreme happiness. I say enjoy them but of course let your doctor know. lol All kidding aside, Razzle gives some good advice, as always. I wish you continued improvement.
