I was on Rifampin+minocycline for a while and that cut down on my Bartonella symptoms. I used to have pain inside my bones, but not any more.

However, now I feel like the bone lining is inflamed. It feels a bit itchy and inflamed, similar to an inflamed gum.

It's really affecting my life. I find it hard to do anything productive while I feel like this.

What can I do for this type of pain?

I already use:
Advil
TMG
quercetin and bromelain
arnica gel
white willow
tart cherry
ginger
essential fatty acids
GLA
hemp seed oil

I saw Xanax mentioned in a previous thread on pain. I will be getting low-dose Xanax soon.

Any other suggestions?

I'm on a roll - so my apologies - have you tried detoxing? It's actually helped me with my bone pain. I have tried several different pain meds & had very little success with them helping.

Just a thought!
It's been said:LD patients can be as ill as people w/ congest. heart failure & in as much pain as post-op patients.

Epsom salt bath soaks are very helpful for relieving inflammation and pain.
Another thing to try is comfrey tea.
Homeopathic Symphytum may be helpful as well.
Alternating hot and cold packs may increase circulation and speed up healing...
Vitamin C, a natural anti-inflammatory, is probably a good idea also.

Good luck,
