Has anyone gotten a hair analysis done. I just did and my copper levels are of the charts and this causes exhausted adrenal glands.

Yes, I've had one done and my copper levels were high too. That doesn't mean that you have too much though. Sometimes it may mean that your body is not absorbing the copper.

I'm about to start a program tailored to the hair analysis I had done to get my body back in balance.

Yes I too have had hair analysis. My latest test showed a mild elevation in aluminum, but most everything else (nutritional minerals such as calcium, magnesium, etc,) was too low.

Excess copper can be removed by increasing zinc intake.

Cheers,

Razzle,

You're right about the zinc. That's one supplement I will be taking.

I need to find my results. I was off on a lot of things.

I'm also about to start a program tailored to the hair analysis to get my body back in balance. I have been a vegetarian for the past 15 years and have been told that I'll need to add meat to my diet.

I did the hair analysis and think it was helpful. There were some notes that different labs come up with different results, but it helped me to know that iron was down, magnesium/calcium out of balance, etc. I felt better when the balance was restored.
