Is green tea okay? I dont think there is much caffine in it. I take benifiber and still dont have 2-3 you know whats. I also take probiotics and eat yogart.
Green tea causes acidosis. Your best to stick to caf free teas for now.

There is not ONE benefit to yogurt. It's laced with sugar, sodium and dairy is a HUGE no no in to the body.
The dairy debate is huge, but all I can say is, dairy causes mucus and inflammation, Two culprits with illness.
get your probiotics from a cold source capsule. It's healthier and you get the daily needed dose.
You want to take a great BM a few times a day, do what Cajungrl says and take powdered magnsium. It works WONDERS.
